Edward Griffith, ME CEM is the Director of Cost Segregation at Hall CPA, where he
leverages his extensive expertise in cost segregation and property analysis to help
real estate investors maximize tax savings.
Prior to joining Hall CPA, Edward served as the National Practice Leader of the
cost segregation practice at a large national public accounting firm. He has
overseen analyses involving billions of dollars in depreciable basis and evaluated
millions of square feet of real estate, consistently identifying substantial tax
benefits for his clients.
