Stephen Tanquary is a Tax Manager at Hall CPA, where he focuses on real estate tax planning, compliance, and year-end strategies that support accurate reporting and long-term efficiency. Before joining Hall CPA, Stephen held roles at LSL LLP and Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP, where he developed deep experience in areas such as fixed asset tracking, year-end accounting, and technical tax preparation. His background also includes progressive leadership roles that reflect his commitment to accuracy, process improvement, and consistent execution.
Stephen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Biola University’s Crowell School of Business and became a licensed CPA through the California Board of Accountancy. His work is grounded in discipline, precision, and a strong understanding of the real estate tax landscape.
